Subscription Of Shares in Ingress CES Sdn Bhd And Change In Group Structure

Ingress Corporation Berhad ("ICB") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ingress CES Sdn Bhd (ICES) has on 4 February 2008 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("Agreement") with CES Co. Ltd (Korea)(CES) for the subscription of shares held in ICES.
Pursuant to the Agreement and the approval from the relevant Authority, ICB has on 3 July 2008, subscribed 979,998 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in ICES at par while CES subscribed 420,000 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in ICES at par. With the subscription, ICES becomes a 70% owned subsidiary of ICB, with the remaining 30% equity holding held by CES.
The statutory documents have been lodged to the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 29 July 2008.
