Article Entitled "Another RM1bil Double-Track Job for Ingress" in the Star, 14 July 2008

We refer to the article in the Star Business Section dated 14 July 2008 entitled "Another RM1 bil double-track job for Ingress". The article, inter alia, stated that Ingress Corp Bhd is tipped to have secured another RM1 bil worth of contract to supply signalling and communication systems for Ipoh-Padang Besar double-tracking railway project". The Board of Ingress would like to reiterate that the Systems package for the Ipoh-Padang Besar double tracking project was awarded to Balfour Beatty Rail Sdn Bhd-Ansaldo STS joint venture. Balfour Beatty Rails Sdn Bhd ("BBRail") is Ingress Corporation Berhad's 49% associate company. BBRail portion of the works entails the design, supply and installation of electrification and power supply worth RM1 billion, as announced earlier on 7 July 2008. This announcement is dated 14 July 2008.
